Grape varieties : 70% Grenache 30% Syrah

Tasting : Deep red color, fine nose, tasty with notes of black cherries (burlat type), very smooth on the palate.

Accompaniment : Open 2 hours before tasting in the room in which it will be consumed (room temperature). It will be the perfect ally for game, dishes in sauce and duck breasts.

Vinification: After manual and mechanical harvests, its maceration lasting 3 weeks in a temperature-controlled vat, it will be aged in a concrete vat for 18 months.
