Rhone Coasts

Coming from the preserved terroirs of the Rhône Valley , our Côtes du Rhône "Les Castors" is a fruity, supple and generous wine, a perfect reflection of its appellation. Composed of 60% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 15% Cinsault , it reveals a beautiful structure with velvety tannins , enhanced by a length in the mouth with notes of black fruits and spices .

An inspiring terroir

On the plots where our Côtes du Rhône is born , a stream crosses the vines , providing a natural habitat for a colony of beavers , a protected species. A symbol of work, loyalty and protection , this animal perfectly embodies our
commitment to nature and our land .

Our vines, in conversion to
organic farming, benefit from a living and respected soil , promoting the purest expression of the grape. Cultivated with care, they benefit from ideal sunshine and a perfect balance between nighttime freshness and daytime heat , essential conditions for optimal ripening of the berries.

Controlled winemaking

Our Côtes du Rhône "Les Castors" is produced using traditional vinification methods , combining respect for the fruit and aromatic finesse. Each grape variety is harvested at optimum maturity, using a combination of mechanical and manual harvesting methods.

- Maceration in temperature-controlled vats for 3 weeks (between 20 and 28°C)

- Fermentation monitored daily, with pumping over adapted to the evolution of the must

- Aged for 12 months in concrete vats, allowing gentle micro-oxygenation to preserve the purity of the fruit.
