Marius Bouteille , a visionary man from Lozère, who settled in Sarrians with the ambition of cultivating the land. At first, his farm focused on market gardening, a traditional activity that allowed him to provide for his family while working the land with respect and patience. But very quickly, Marius sensed the exceptional potential of this terroir and decided to plant his first vines. This is how the embryo of what would become, decades later, the Domaine de Cabridon was born.

With Sébastien Bouteille ,
representing the third generation. Passionate and daring, he chose to devote the operation exclusively to viticulture. Convinced that the future of the Estate rests on independence and total control of winemaking, he made the decision to build a cellar directly on the Estate. This major investment marks a new era: from now on, each vintage is produced with precision, from the meticulous work in the vines to the aging in the cellars. Sébastien breathes new life into it, combining ancestral know-how and technical innovations to constantly improve the quality of the wines.
