Grape varieties : 40% Grenache 60% Cinsault

Tasting : Pale pink wine with raspberry highlights will seduce you with its complex aromas of redcurrants combined with the freshness of citrus fruits, and small mineral notes.

Accompaniment : A serving temperature between 10 and 12°C. To be enjoyed with dishes in sauce (based on tomato sauce) pizza. But also with barbecues, the rosé is perfect with grilled meats and fish.

Vinification : After mechanical harvesting, direct pressing, settling and fermentation at low temperature (16°C).
