Drinking wine - 13.5% alcohol

Grape varieties : 50% Grenache blanc 50% Viognier

Tasting : Its seductive nose reveals aromas of stone fruits such as apricot, peach but especially pear. The palate is rich with an aromatic bouquet of white fruits with a very nice length in the mouth.

Accompaniment : A serving temperature between 10 and 12°C. To be enjoyed with fish or as an aperitif. Exotic cuisine or pork tenderloin cooked in a sweet/savory version are surprising and very pleasant with this white wine. Shellfish will also express their potential. The liveliness and freshness of this white wine harmonize perfectly with soft cheeses.

Vinification : After mechanical harvesting, direct pressing, settling and fermentation at low temperature (16°C).
