The recipe

Winter in the Vineyards: Sheep at Work! 🍇🐑

While the vine rests, the work continues... and our
four-legged allies take over! ✨ At the beginning of the year, sheep graze between the rows, naturally eliminating grass while fertilizing the soil. A gentle and ecological method that prepares the vines for the coming season.

It is also the time for pruning the vines , an essential step that shapes the future harvest. Each cut of the pruning shears is a promise: that of a quality wine, the fruit of the care taken throughout
the year. Because if the grape harvest is the high point, winter is the first
chapter of this beautiful wine adventure.
