Grape varieties : 70% Grenache 30% Syrah

Tasting : Ruby color with purple highlights, delicious with silky tannins and a beautiful aromatic power, with woody notes, a final length on black fruits with a very beautiful balance.

Accompaniment : It is recommended to open the bottle 2 hours in advance in order to acclimatize this wine to the room in which it will be tasted. It will accompany wonderfully a rich and elaborate cuisine such as duck confit or game in sauce.

Vinification : Aging takes place in raw concrete vats.  for 18 months then in oak barrels for a few months.

The "Cuvée Ascendance" pays tribute to all the generations who have worked to create and develop the Domaine de Cabridon.
